Casitka provides a voice recording and AI-powered knowledge management platform that allows users to capture, transcribe, and organize their thoughts and conversations. Our service includes voice recording, transcription, AI-powered insights, and secure data storage.

To use Casitka, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Maintain the security of your account credentials

6. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability. We will provide advance notice when possible.
7. Payment and Billing
Some features of Casitka require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
The Casitka platform, including its design, features, and technology, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casitka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the service. Your continued use of Casitka after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
